Kāpiti Residential Builders
Building your Vision
All of our projects start when you have a vision of something different, something special, and something for you.
When we have finished we’ll have built, renovated or developed a property that you will be proud to call home.

Core to our ethos is care and consideration for our clients. Our passion for building and project management spills over into our day to day work, whether it’s via open and consistent communication or thoughtful forward planning to keep schedules moving. Rest assured that you are in good hands.
We are independently owned and operated and bring over 20 years of professional experience in new builds and renovations in the Kapiti and Wellington region. Chris also brings some international experience in steel stud framing, commercial builds and high performance vapor barriers from his time in Canada.
