New Home Builds
Together we realize your vision.
Our focus is on a well built, modern and personalized home that fits within your budget. We don’t have a catalogue of drawn plans; instead, we will work with you to design and build your dream home using local tradespeople and supplies. Together with your personality and our expertise, we will build you a home that is perfectly suited to you and your families’ changing needs. You get to have all the fun, choosing colours and finishes, and even then help is there when you need it.
Renovations
Home renovations and extensions
Home renovations can be daunting, whether it’s an extension, a new bathroom or a major renovation. There are a lot of building companies to choose from these days. It’s important to find a team that understands the process and can get your project completed to a quality standard, on time and on budget. What we will do, is take care of the project from the beginning so that your vision is thought out through to the end.
We will see that all the trades are on the same page, ensure materials are ready, and provide realistic estimates. Renovations can be surprisingly complicated and require much more co-ordination than one realizes. If not handled by the right professional, renovations can drag on for much longer than expected. No challenge is too big or small; our qualified team is ready to assist.
We offer competitive pricing, support local tradesman and suppliers and recycle packaging wherever possible.
